1. General Shipping Window by Region

Due to the sensitivity of dahlia tubers to cold and freezing temperatures, we ship orders according to your region’s typical last frost date. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping date, only a shipping window.

📌 Please Note: These are general guidelines. Large states like California, Texas, or Washington contain areas that fall into multiple shipping windows. If your local USDA Hardiness Zone is colder than the listed zone for your state, your shipment may be delayed to the later window for safety.

2. Important Shipping Notes

• Shipping Order: Orders are generally shipped in the sequence they were received, but adherence to the regional shipping window takes priority. For example, an order placed early in a northern state will be held until the May shipping window, regardless of the purchase date.

• Notifications: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been packaged and is ready for carrier pickup. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
